Payment
Currently we accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) and Interac E-Transfer.
Cryptocurrency is an easy way to anonymously send funds, while Interac e-Transfer is a free and secure payment service available through most Canadian banks. After your purchase, instructions will be provided to complete payment.
Using Bitcoin is a fast, secure, and anonymous way to pay for your order. A few steps are required before you can start making payments:
- Get a Bitcoin wallet: sign up for a certified Canadian cryptocurrency wallet service, we recommend Newton or Shakepay.
- Fund your wallet: transfer funds from your Canadian bank account to your new Bitcoin wallet. Most services support Interac e-Transfers deposits to your wallet!
- Pay for your order: once your wallet is funded, place your Myconica order. Next, transfer funds from your Bitcoin wallet; simply scan the provided QR code, and input the desired Bitcoin amount to send as shown on the screen.
- Done! Once your order is paid, the transfer will take some time to process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successful!
Shipping
We exclusively ship within Canada, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
Of course! We use Canada Post for all shipments, which can deliver to Canadian PO boxes. You also have the option of selecting "Deliver to post office" after your order is shipped - no PO box required!
Orders are usually filled the same day on weekdays, or the next business day. We exclusively ship with Canada Post, which delivers nation-wide within 2-5 business days.
Note: due to winter conditions, some packages may be delayed with Canada Post. Please Contact Us if your package is taking longer to arrive than anticipated.
When free shipping is included, packages are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel by default, and the Xpresspost option is offered at a discounted rate.
All orders include automatic tracking, and deliver to most of Canada in 2-5 business days.
We aim to use environmentally friendly shipping and packing material, however, we will reuse shipping material that has been sent to us by our suppliers.
Due to the nature of products sold, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on purchases. Please Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns with your purchase.
