Love this product. I find that the dosage is controlled – very predictable. I find 200mg is perfect for me, just enough to take the edge off but not feeling like its too much.

The 200mg dose was perfect for me. It’s just the right amount to notably feel some relief in anxiety and a slight creative urge. Love how it’s paired with the ginger to ease the stomach, and it also adds a nice aroma to the capsule bottle.
